The most important ingredient in teaching is building self-esteem and self confidence in a student. The Gotta Dance Studio strives to teach grace, style, rhythm, and coordination through hard work, training, creativity, and FUN.
Available Classes
Classes are offered in Tap, Jazz, and Lyrical Ballet at the Gotta Dance Studio in Massena, NY. Students are accepted from age 3 through adult.

Annual dance recital
Our annual dance recital is held every year in June, so that students have the experience of performing in front of an audience. We use costumes, make-up, lights and scenery to add to the magic. Family and friends, as well as the general public are invited to attend.
Gotta Dance Performance Team
The Gotta Dance Performance Team was developed as an alternative to traditional dance competition teams. It provides serious dancers with increased performance opportunities, more class time, travel opportunities, serious training, and team camaraderie. The team works throughout the year on routines and technique which ultimately will be presented at an out of town venue. Venues could include New York City, Disney World, Montreal, Chicago, Toronto, Boston, Washington, etc. and vary from season to season. It strives to incorporate all the benefits of a competition team while eliminating the negative aspects.
Participation with this group requires a serious commitment from the dancer and the dancer's family. While every attempt will be made to provide fund raising opportunities, the dancer must be prepared to contribute monetarily if necessary. Attendance is mandatory and must take precedence over other activities. Dancers must have at least one year of previous dance training. Inclusion in the Performance team is at the discretion of the instructor and specific requirements must be met or the dancer will be eliminated from the team.
